• We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa, and Mastercard
• For card payments, transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway
• Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed or, in the case of COD, once the order is placed and verified

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location within Pakistan and courier service schedules. Just Because is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, customers are required to pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
