At Just Because, we are committed to providing genuine, high-quality perfumes. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if you experience any issue with your order.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

Returns are accepted only if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

• Incorrect items sent by us.
• Damaged or defective products.
• Products damaged during shipping.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Just Because offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

For COD orders, customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and clear photos.

Please note that refusing a COD order without a valid reason may affect future COD eligibility.

Refunds

If a replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used perfumes.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items, unless received damaged or incorrect.
